OUR FACILITIES

With both indoor and outdoor group classes, we have something for everyone! Our indoor studio features polished wood floors and three separate group training rooms, equipped with a variety of gym machines, dumbbells, barbells, and functional equipment.

Our outdoor classes incorporate unique exercise equipment such as sledgehammers, tractor tires, boxing bags, battle ropes, and more. If you’re new to this type of equipment, don’t worry—our friendly trainers are here to assist you!

For your convenience, we offer male and female restrooms as well as a shared shower, perfect for freshening up before heading to work or dinner after class.

Introducing HIIT Fit, our high-intensity interval training class designed for those who are short on time or prefer quick, intense workouts. In just 30 minutes, you’ll experience an invigorating session that pushes your fitness levels and can burn over 200 calories. Pair HIIT Fit with our Outdoor Total Conditioning class for maximum results. Get in, get it done, and achieve fantastic fitness in no time. Join us every Saturday for Indoor Total Conditioning, an energising class that combines weight machines and bodyweight exercises.
